Welcome to Harmony Yoga Reiki Center A Place for Bringing Balance to the Mind, Body and Spirit Our mission at Harmony Yoga Reiki Center, Skokie, Illinois, is education. We help you to understand your strengths and weaknesses. You learn to address any pain, weakness and alignment issues through therapeutic yoga techniques. You will learn how to adapt to your bodies alignment issues through therapeutic yoga techniques that include Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Breathing, Energy, use of Props and Meditation. Harmony Yoga Reiki Center also offers reiki, psychotherapy, healthy lifestyle workshops, storytelling, personal training, a monthly singing circle and more.
