alu and Himalayan Institute in meditation, yoga and bodywork. Sharon masterfully integrates her intuitive abilities, spirituality and humor to create sacred healing opportunities. She also enjoys collaborating with her husband Mark Kater, Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Storyteller. Sharon has taught healthy and healing lifestyle techniques to clients, staff and the general public at the University of Chicago Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, Illinois Masonic Integrative Medicine Center and Lake Shore Athletic Club.
